For some entertainment while we #stayhome, my husband gave me a technical challenge last night, a la @britishbakeoff. He picked @paul.hollywood’s apricot couronne, and it turned out great! I had to make a couple of substitutions based on what we have at home, but it was fun to try something new!

Inspired by @theboywhobakes, I made dalgona coffee. I tried to make a second cup with @davidriosf chai powder since I don’t like coffee, but it didn’t whip up into that creamy texture. Does anyone know what makes the espresso powder whip up like that?
