Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

This creamy smoothie will start your day off right with blueberries, banana, peanut butter, and some greens. Add in cinnamon and some seeds for a nutrient boost.

Servings: 1 smoothie

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale frozen
  • 1/2 banana sliced & frozen
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter creamy
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. If you want a thicker smoothie, don't add the water yet.
  • Blend until smooth. Add additional water and re-blend if the smoothie is too thick.
